Job Summary
To shape the future of HR at a rapidly evolving company, the full-time Head of HR Business Partner (Bilingual English/Chinese) will lead the global HRBP function, partnering with executives to enhance organizational design, workforce planning, and talent investment while fostering a culture of strategic collaboration across regions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the global HRBP operating model, standards, and expectations
- Collaborate with executives on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness
- Coach and guide the North American HRBP team while ensuring consistency across HRBPs in China and India
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, primarily in US-based organizations
- Experience in both high-growth startups and larger structured organizations
- Track record of partnering with VP and executive-level leaders on strategic decisions
- Deep knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English
