Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Remote HR Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Complete onboarding checklist for every new hire and ensure compliance with wage laws
Review new hire paperwork for accuracy and manage corrections to Form I-9
Communicate with hiring managers and employees to resolve onboarding issues and ensure timely processing

Required Qualifications

2 years of work experience, preferably in HR or related office administration
Experience with new hire processing and I-9 compliance is preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
General knowledge of Human Resources employment practices
