Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Remote HR Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete onboarding checklist for new hires and ensure compliance with wage laws
  • Review new hire paperwork for accuracy and necessary corrections, including Form I-9
  • Communicate with hiring managers and employees regarding onboarding issues and follow up on tasks
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years' work experience in HR or related office administration preferred
  • Experience with new hire processing and I-9 compliance preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • General knowledge of Human Resources employment practices
