Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Remote HR Compliance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete onboarding checklist for new hires and ensure compliance with wage laws
- Review new hire paperwork for accuracy and necessary corrections, including Form I-9
- Communicate with hiring managers and employees regarding onboarding issues and follow up on tasks
Required Qualifications
- 2 years' work experience in HR or related office administration preferred
- Experience with new hire processing and I-9 compliance preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- General knowledge of Human Resources employment practices
