Job Summary

Providing comprehensive HR support, the full-time Bilingual HR Generalist will manage employee relations, recruiting assistance, and HR operations while working remotely and ensuring effective communication with Spanish-speaking employees.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for managers regarding HR policies and procedures
• Provide guidance on performance management and compliance inquiries
• Support managers through core HR processes such as evaluations and disciplinary actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of human resource experience
• Ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English
• Experience in employee relations and HR operations
• Knowledge of HR policies and compliance regulations
