Job Summary

To lead a fully remote HR function, the Bilingual HR Manager (NJ Licensed) will manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws, working full-time during standard Eastern Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes and employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture
• Implement performance management strategies and compensation & benefits best practices
• Build trust and influence across all levels of the organization while managing a remote team

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• Strong self-management and organizational skills for a remote work environment
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
