Bilingual HR Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist who is bilingual and will support end-to-end human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison to facilitate communication between product divisions and local operations
• Manage full cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Provide guidance to expatriates on visa applications and maintain accurate HR records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• MUST be bilingual with proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Solid understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
