Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support end-to-end human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture
• Provide guidance on visa applications and maintain accurate HR records for compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• MUST be bilingual with proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Solid understanding of HR principles and employment laws
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
