Job Summary

To support a dedicated legal team, the remote Bilingual Immigration Court Paralegal will manage immigration court cases, conduct legal research, and assist with document preparation while demonstrating a strong commitment to client advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of immigration court cases, including motions and habeas corpus applications
• Conduct legal research and draft technical documents to support case preparation
• Organize and maintain meticulous case files while ensuring strict confidentiality and professional ethics

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law with a focus on immigration court cases
• B2-C1 proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong legal research and document drafting skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate assertively and empathetically with clients
• High attention to detail and adaptability to changing legislation
