Job Summary
Seeking a Spanish-speaking Bilingual Implementation Advisor, the full-time remote position will manage software implementation projects, ensuring customer success through effective onboarding and relationship building with clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute implementation plans based on customer requirements and pain points
- Monitor customer adoption and usage metrics, providing guidance to enhance success and engagement
- Conduct educational webinars and workshops to facilitate customer understanding of software best practices
Required qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience with at least two years in customer success or software implementation
- 2-3 years of experience using HighLevel or similar software solutions
- Strong understanding of software solutions and professional service offerings
- Experience in managing diverse groups and training according to company standards
- IT technical skills, including platform integrations and familiarity with internal systems
