Bilingual Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Implementation Business Consultant to join their Onboarding & Success Services team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in transitioning operational workflows into Applied Epic, including policy management and servicing processes
• Support clients with configuration decisions related to operational workflows and user adoption within Epic
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality implementations and successful outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage operational role
• 2+ years working with Applied Epic or similar agency management software
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong understanding of insurance agency workflows and service processes
