Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Implementation Business Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in transitioning operational workflows into Applied Epic
• Support clients with configuration decisions and best practices for agency workflows
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage operational role
• 2+ years working with Applied Epic or similar agency management software
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong understanding of insurance agency workflows and service processes
