Bilingual Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Bilingual Implementation Project Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end software implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the LMS while acting as their primary point of contact and educator.

Key responsibilities

• Own the software implementation process for new clients, coordinating via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Gather and document client requirements, confirm project scope, and develop timelines and program goals
• Provide in-depth training on the LMS, including customized best practices and workflows for each client

Required qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• 4+ years of experience in Client Onboarding or Implementation and Project Management in software implementations
• Previous training experience or software training experience
• Understanding of basic online/SaaS concepts
• Proven time management skills and a project-oriented mindset
