Bilingual Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Bilingual Implementation Project Manager, the successful candidate will manage the software implementation process for new clients, ensuring their seamless transition to the LMS while acting as their primary point of contact and educator throughout the project.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end software implementation process for new clients, including requirement gathering and timeline development
• Act as a liaison for cross-departmental collaboration and resource management while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Provide in-depth training on the LMS tailored to each client's specific needs and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• 4+ years of experience in Client Onboarding, Implementation, or Project Management within software environments
• Previous experience in training or software training
• Understanding of basic online/SaaS concepts
• Proven time management skills and a project-oriented mindset
