Bilingual Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Services Specialist - Spanish Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual data entry and configuration for client systems
• Provide technical support and training to customers on product implementation and data manipulation
• Manage technical projects, including on-site implementation and go-live services

Required Qualifications

• Experience using, supporting, or implementing a Restaurant POS system
• Experience in the food-service industry, particularly managing the FOH of a restaurant
• Technical and analytical orientation with a focus on data accuracy and system configuration
• Project management skills for both internal and external projects
• Knowledge of various platforms including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
