Bilingual Inbound Call Center Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Call Center Agent, English or Spanish/English Bilingual, for remote full-time or part-time positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service solutions through inbound calls
• Document all customer interactions accurately using provided tools
• Maintain knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of call center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills and computer literacy
• Outstanding attendance and punctuality
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
