Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Inbound/Outbound Enrollment Specialist for their Student Success community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers, provide information on online schooling options, and close sales
• Handle inbound calls, assist with enrollment systems, and provide guidance on best options for families interested in enrolling
• Develop relationships with parents, generate interest in client products, and recommend the best school solution for their situation

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual in written and spoken Spanish and English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer knowledge and internet navigation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and escalate issues in a timely manner
• Must reside within an approved state and have the required internet connection
