Bilingual Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Inside Sales Account Manager, the candidate will manage client relationships, drive sales, and conduct training sessions remotely while focusing on client satisfaction and business growth within a designated territory.

Key responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Host training sessions for clients and their staff
• Develop and maintain business relationships within the existing territory

Required qualifications:

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish
• 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or inside/outside sales
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to work remotely and meet minimum technical requirements
• Strong phone presence and effective communication skills
