Job Summary

Closing sales and scheduling installations for leads received via phone, the full-time Bilingual Inside Sales Associate will engage with both English and Spanish-speaking customers in a remote setting, focusing on building value and overcoming objections without cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle warm leads and communicate with prospects primarily via phone in both English and Spanish
• Build value to uncover customer needs and effectively close sales
• Timely follow up on the active prospect list and collaborate with Sales Team management to enhance performance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-3 years of sales experience
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
