Job Summary

Closing sales and scheduling installations for leads received via phone, the full-time Bilingual Inside Sales Associate will communicate with both English and Spanish-speaking customers in a remote environment, with guaranteed commissions for the first 90 days.

Key responsibilities

• Handle warm leads and close sales without cold calling, while scheduling installations
• Build value to uncover customer needs and overcome objections
• Timely follow up on active prospects and collaborate with sales management to improve performance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-3 years of sales experience
• Ability to type 30+ wpm
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
