Bilingual Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary

Closing sales and scheduling installations for leads received via phone, the full-time Bilingual Inside Sales Associate will engage with both English and Spanish-speaking customers in a remote setting, with guaranteed commissions for the first 90 days.

Key responsibilities

• Handle warm leads and communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish to close sales and schedule installations
• Build value to uncover customer needs and overcome objections while maintaining quality expectations
• Timely follow up on active prospect lists and collaborate with Sales Team management to improve performance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-3 years of sales experience
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven sales environment
