Bilingual Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary

Fluent in both French and English, the full-time Bilingual Inside Sales Associate will engage with veterinary practices across Canada, utilizing consultative selling techniques to drive diagnostic revenue growth and foster customer loyalty through effective communication and collaboration with the sales team.

Key responsibilities:

• Present IDEXX's values and offerings to customers, enhancing their understanding of veterinary diagnostics
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify customer needs and generate leads within the existing customer base
• Collaborate with field sales colleagues to increase diagnostic utilization and revenue growth in the assigned region

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in both French (preferably Quebecois) and English
• 1-2 years of basic experience in direct telephone or face-to-face sales
• Preferred experience in diagnostic sales and managing a sales pipeline
• Understanding of the veterinary diagnostic market or experience in the healthcare/scientific industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a business or scientific discipline is a plus
