Closing sales and scheduling installations for leads received via phone, the full-time Bilingual Inside Sales Associate will engage with both English and Spanish-speaking customers in a remote setting, focusing on warm leads without cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle warm leads, close sales, and schedule installations primarily via phone
• Build value to uncover customer needs and overcome objections
• Timely follow up on active prospects and collaborate with management to improve performance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-3 years of sales experience
• Ability to type 30+ wpm
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
