Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Proven track record in sales within the SaaS, Technology, or Ticketing industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate a team
• Analytical skills to assess and report on team performance metrics
