Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and contact warm leads daily through an outbound auto-dialer
• Follow a consultative selling approach to educate potential members and close sales
• Consistently meet and/or exceed sales goals and performance metrics while maintaining customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of successful call center sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience making outbound calls to warm leads
• Strong understanding of a consultative sales process with a track record of exceeding sales goals
• Ability to effectively manage schedule and lead database to meet metrics and goals
