• Contact warm leads daily through an outbound auto-dialer and follow a consultative selling approach
• Complete applications, pull credit, and gather documents while collaborating with underwriting teams
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of successful call center sales experience
• Proficient in Spanish and English languages
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience making outbound calls to warm leads
• Strong understanding of a consultative sales process with a successful track record of exceeding sales goals
