Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team, the full-time Bilingual Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound calls from individuals interested in preventive health screenings, utilizing a consultative approach to assess needs and recommend services, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 35-45 inbound calls per shift to assist individuals with preventive health screenings
• Collect health information and schedule appointments while processing payments efficiently
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals through empathetic customer interactions

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the United States
