Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders across Canada
• Drive growth by reactivating accounts and expanding volume with existing merchants
• Conduct outreach and follow-ups in both English and French, ensuring timely resolution of merchant loan issues

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in direct sales, account management, or B2B customer success
• Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
• Availability between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
