Job Summary

Seeking a freelance Bilingual Instructional Designer, this role will create and maintain training materials for in-store teams, support learning content for operational updates, and update core training resources, all while working remotely from Newport Beach, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain training materials for in-store teams
• Support learning content for operational updates, product launches, and technology rollouts
• Edit and prepare learning assets for digital platforms and print distribution

Required qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or English and Korean
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience in instructional design, training coordination, or operations support
• Strong writing and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
