Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Bilingual Insurance Agent (Licensed Personal Lines, P&C) will provide exceptional customer service by advising clients on insurance options, processing enrollments, and ensuring a positive customer experience while leveraging strong computer navigation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on plan options, coverages, and pricing based on their needs
• Process new and amended enrollments efficiently across multiple systems
• Deliver expert customer experiences while actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries

Required qualifications

• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English
