Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Bilingual Insurance A/R Call Center Representative will manage inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate and timely information
- Clarifies and resolves customer issues by identifying needs and implementing effective solutions
- Documents interactions in the CRM system and adheres to quality standards and key performance indicators
Required qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or some college coursework preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a call center or help desk environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
