Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Bilingual Insurance A/R Call Center Representative will manage inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate and timely information
  • Clarifies and resolves customer issues by identifying needs and implementing effective solutions
  • Documents interactions in the CRM system and adheres to quality standards and key performance indicators
Required qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or some college coursework preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a call center or help desk environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
