Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call center-like environment, resolving their needs efficiently
- Develop and maintain knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines
- Assist customers with coverages, billing, policy history, and resolve issues
Required Qualifications:
- Resident state P&C license
- Two plus years of customer service experience in the non-standard market
- Experience in a high volume and fast-paced call center environment
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple screens and systems simultaneously
- Bilingual skills are a plus
