Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call center-like environment, resolving their needs efficiently
• Develop and maintain knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines
• Assist customers with coverages, billing, policy history, and resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

• Resident state P&C license
• Two plus years of customer service experience in the non-standard market
• Experience in a high volume and fast-paced call center environment
• Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple screens and systems simultaneously
• Bilingual skills are a plus
