Bilingual Insurance Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing Insurtech business, the full-time Bilingual Insurance Representative will sell and service insurance policies, ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide insurance quotes and utilize consultative sales techniques to close sales
• Deliver high-level support and guidance on insurance policies, addressing complex questions related to billing and renewals
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain open communication with internal departments to enhance customer experience

Required qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Must hold a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one U.S. State or be able to obtain within 30 days of start date
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of navigating multiple applications effectively
