Bilingual Insurance Representative
Job Summary
Bilingual Insurance Representatives will build customer relationships through a consultative sales approach, provide insurance quotes, close sales, and deliver expert guidance on coverage, billing, renewals, and policy servicing in a full-time remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Provide insurance quotes and utilize selling techniques to close sales through a consultative approach
- Deliver high-level support and consultation regarding insurance policies, billing, renewals, and endorsements
- Resolve customer complaints and enhance customer loyalty by ensuring exceptional service and communication
Required qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Must hold a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one U.S. State
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
