Bilingual Insurance Risk Interviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ins Risk Interviewer (Bilingual) to conduct life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete outbound telephone interviews with life insurance applicants
• Gather and review medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interviews
• Log call attempts and document information as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Available to work shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM CST or 9 AM to 6 PM CST
• Familiarity with call management systems and telephony
• Ability to comply with safety and quality assurance policies
