Job Summary
To support multiple client companies, the part-time Bilingual Insurance Risk Interviewer will conduct life insurance medical and financial interviews via outbound telephone calls, ensuring compliance and quality assurance throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to life insurance applicants to gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories
- Review and edit collected information for quality assurance during interviews
- Utilize call management systems to log call attempts and document interview results
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual candidates are required
- Medical terminology background is necessary
- Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Teams, with comfort in navigating technology
- Availability for a rotating Saturday shift, approximately 1 Saturday every 4 weeks after training
