Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Auto Insurance Sales Agent-Remote (4x10 Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound warm leads from Spanish and English-speaking prospects
• Recommend appropriate insurance solutions and guide customers through the sales process
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active, unrestricted Resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance producer license
• 1 or more years of experience in inbound sales or a similar commission-based sales position
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Non-resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license in California within 45 days of hire
