Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Sales/Service Representative- Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell and service GM Insurance/OSI Insurance policies while ensuring compliance with company policies and state/federal laws
Provide quotes to customers and convert them to long-term clients
Assist customers with post-sales inquiries and policy changes via various communication methods

Required Qualifications:

Hold and maintain a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one US State
2-3 years of customer service experience
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
Fluency in English and Spanish
Availability to work Monday-Friday 11am-8pm CST fully remote
