  • Utilize the Quality Assurance database to assess additional customer information needed
  • Maintain communication with management regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer functions
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time or part-time as needed
