A company is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Verification Specialist (Part-Time Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify and document required information for insurance applications
• Utilize the Quality Assurance database to assess customer information needs
• Explain the application process clearly to potential customers and complete necessary paperwork

Required Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience in customer service
• Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
