Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to verify and document required information for insurance applications
- Conduct assessments using the Quality Assurance database to determine additional customer verification needs
- Explain the application process clearly to potential customers and maintain communication with management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Superior customer service skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer functions
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
