  • Explain the application process clearly to potential customers and maintain communication with management
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Superior customer service skills required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer functions
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
