Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Verification Specialist (Part-Time Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to verify and document information for insurance applications
  • Conduct assessments using the Quality Assurance database to determine additional customer information needed
  • Maintain communication with management and meet departmental key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer functions
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Desire to learn and grow within the company
