Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Verification Specialist (Full-Time Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to verify and document information for insurance applications
  • Conduct assessments using the Quality Assurance database to determine additional customer information needed
  • Maintain communication with management and meet departmental key performance indicators (K.P.I's)
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer keyboard functions
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time based on position specifications
