Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Verification Specialist (Full-Time Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to verify and document information for insurance applications
- Conduct assessments using the Quality Assurance database to determine additional customer information needed
- Maintain communication with management and meet departmental key performance indicators (K.P.I's)
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer keyboard functions
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to work full-time or part-time based on position specifications
