Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Intake Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for new client referrals and guide families through the intake process
• Identify key information for potential clients and collaborate with clinical directors to determine eligibility for services
• Obtain insurance benefit information and assist families in understanding their plan details

Required Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual required
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years prior administrative experience in an office setting
• Strong software proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to quickly learn new software programs as needed
