Job Summary

Receiving inbound calls and facilitating the authorization process, the full-time Bilingual Intake Coordinator will manage client interactions and documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Document demographic information from various communication channels within the care management system
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on discharge information and request updated clinical data for concurrent review
  • Screen inquiries to determine services requiring certification and collaborate with internal and external partners
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer support environment
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain courteous relations with partners and members
  • Experience with medical terminology is a plus
