Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming calls from patients and schedule appointments for various locations
Document and confirm requested appointments while providing excellent customer service
Manage incoming faxes and triage general inquiry calls

Required Qualifications

High school education or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to follow the work schedule of 8am PT - 5pm PT
Good fit for the job as determined by a skills assessment
