Bilingual Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist - Outbound (Bilingual/Spanish) to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from patients and schedule appointments at various locations
• Document and confirm requested appointments while providing excellent customer service
• Manage incoming faxes and triage general inquiry calls

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to follow a work schedule of 8am CT - 5pm CT
• Good fit for the job as determined by a skills assessment
