Bilingual Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist - Outbound (Bilingual Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from patients and schedule various appointment types
• Document and confirm requested appointments while providing excellent customer service
• Manage incoming faxes and triage general inquiry calls

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in customer service or call center roles
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Experience with medical records or insurance is preferred
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus
