Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage phone communications, including answering and directing calls and providing client support
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and attorneys
  • Maintain accurate client information and manage filing systems
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, required
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or Secretary is a plus
  • Technical proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM software
  • Strong organizational abilities and excellent time management skills
