Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone communications, including answering and directing calls and providing client support
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and attorneys
- Maintain accurate client information and manage filing systems
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, required
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or Secretary is a plus
- Technical proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM software
- Strong organizational abilities and excellent time management skills
