Bilingual Intake Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dedicated team in a remote environment, the full-time Bilingual Intake Specialist will engage with potential clients, assess their unique situations, and ensure a seamless transition to the legal team while working nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize exceptional people skills to connect with potential clients and establish trust from the first interaction
• Assess each potential client's situation and present the best course of action for their journey to justice
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain follow-up to ensure no detail is overlooked during the intake process

Required qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
• Ideally 1+ year of experience in a similar role or equivalent education
• Proficient with standard office productivity software
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred
