Bilingual Integration Analyst

Job Summary

Providing first-class technical support, the remote Bilingual Integration Analyst will assist English and Spanish-speaking customers in integrating payment solutions, ensuring successful implementation and functionality of NMI's software products.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide integration support to customers in both English and Spanish, guiding them through the integration of NMI's payment solutions
• Maintain implementations of products to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their functionality and updates
• Create and update internal and external documentation to serve as a knowledge library for users

Required qualifications:

• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Experience coding in Objective-C or willingness to learn, along with proficiency in at least one of the following: C#, C++, or Java
• Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Basic understanding of networking to assist customers with related issues
• Customer-centric approach with excellent customer service skills
